IT Business Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Compensation
Pay range:$37.24-$53.20 Per Hr

Description
Collaborate with IT and business teams to define solutions meeting business objectives.
Engage in a complex project involving the development of a website with multiple interfaces.
Apply project management skills to track dependencies and resolve issues alongside delivery leads.
Facilitate communication between business and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead planning, analyzing, and managing requirements and business processes using proven methods.
Assist in other IT projects as necessary based on project demands.

Key Responsibilities
Work on complex systems and APIs, developing application knowledge through documentation review.
Manage projects involving website development or updates.
Adapt to fast-paced environments and changing priorities effectively.
Communicate effectively across different organizational levels.
Understand system interactions and map data from source to target applications.
Utilize strong leadership, negotiation, and facilitation skills to drive project success.

Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree or equivalent 4 years of experience in a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical business analyst role within a project-based agile environment.
Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies.
Experience with agile tools is preferable.
Proficiency in time management, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.
Intermediate skills in word processing and spreadsheets.
