Project Manager Leak Smarter Initiative
Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager (PM) to lead coordination across multiple pilots under the Leak Smarter initiative. This role is critical for driving execution, ensuring alignment between internal teams and vendors, and maintaining momentum on high-priority revenue optimization projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Pilot Coordination: Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies for 3 4 prioritized pilots, with additional pilots to follow.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication among internal teams, external vendors, and leadership.
- Resource Management: Oversee onboarding and knowledge transfer, including left seat/right seat support with current 340B PMs.
- Reporting & Governance: Track progress, escalate risks, and ensure compliance with project governance standards.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor spend against monthly caps and support SOW adherence.
Required Skills
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Nice-to-Have (highly desired)
340B Program Experience: Understanding of 340B compliance, rebate structures, and related pricing transformations (SAP, Snowflake, Databricks environments).
