Your new role As an Installation & Support Specialist, you will handle new construction installations and customer support activities. Your responsibilities include installing, configuring, testing, training, and maintaining IOT endpoints, physical security systems, CCTV, License Plate Reader (LPR) equipment, Audio Video (AV) systems, and automatic gates. You'll also work with software analytics to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
What you'll need to succeed - High School Diploma (required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT as a security analyst, network/system administrator, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of IOT and CCTV systems, including IP cameras, VMS, NVRs, and network infrastructure
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN networking
- Certification as an Information Systems Security Professional (preferred)
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
