Our commitment to each other is why BDO Digital is a recognized leader for our culture, employee satisfaction and career growth. We’re looking for people with the same drive; to combine teamwork with technology to produce amazing results. There are many world-class accounting and advisory firms, far fewer that offer a culture so rich in professional opportunity, personal fulfillment, and long-term growth. BDO understands that exceptional service to our clients begins and ends with exceptional regard for our people. At its core, our business is not about numbers or spreadsheets, but people working with, for and in service of others. BDO Digital’s Data & AI practice helps clients to grow revenue and profitability and mitigate risk through data-driven initiatives. The Decision Intelligence group’s main goal is to help clients develop a data-driven culture around decision making that enhances quality, speed, and accuracy of said decisions. Whether that is done through alignment of business strategy to their data needs, visualizing their KPIs and key trends through dashboards, conducting data investigations to align their financials with their operational data and address data quality and risk concerns, data governance assessments, automation services such as automating processes and dataflows and building bots for them, data engineering and architecture services such as setting up central data platforms or migrating their entire data ecosystem onto one platform, AI services such as predictive modeling for supply chain, sales, operational costs, etc., or offering a one stop shop for all of the above services, the Decision Intelligence group is there to support the client in their journey to a data-driven decision making culture by marshalling all of the varied services BDO Digital has to offer. The Decision Intelligence Strategist is an entrepreneurial-minded individual who works with the practice leads to fulfill clients’ needs within all the above-mentioned areas (and more). This role is also responsible for developing project plans for clients, processing, querying, and analyzing data, working with the project managers, interacting with clients, successfully delivering projects, and researching trends and new tools as well as programs to advance the skills and knowledge of the entire group. In short, the Decision Intelligence Strategist is someone who believes nothing is impossible, loves to tell data-driven stories, has a clear understanding of how to interpret data to glean insights, wants to help clients in their journeys to a better data ecosystem, is a self-starter, and views challenges and obstacles as opportunities for growth and reward.
