Job title – Business Systems Analysis Staff

Location – Dallas, TX  (Needs to be local, hybrid role in office a couple times a week)

Duration - 12 months Contract

Description:

As Oracle BSA, you will be part of a team responsible for building and supporting the key design solutions, Interfaces, and day to day activities. You will work alongside Solution Architects and Technical team to design/build/support the existing enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible to design and document cross-functional and global solutions, drawing on functional expertise of functional and technical team members or vendors, as appropriate
• Build effective working relationships with all stakeholders. Execute against agreed-upon commitments to deliver success.
• Support data driven decision-making; Should have ability to work independently on Project deliverables.
• Advises on solutions prepared by peers or supporting team, and champions good design practices Documentation
• Supports team in identifying and defining relevant documentation templates pertaining to solution delivery
• Develops functional designs for applications, integrations and conversions
• Ability to work on multiple functional areas and integrations with third party products
• Champions sustainable, forward-looking functional designs Architecture
• Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet business requirements and fulfill user requirements.

Experience & Skills

• 10-15+ Years of relevant functional experience in Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Financials and Oracle Cloud Financials (Mainly Procurement and Supply chain modules)
• Working functional knowledge on Oracle Procure to Pay, Inventory and WMS modules.
• Have Exposure to Enterprise business processes, including but not limited to Procure to Pay, Budgeting & Planning and Accounting
• Experience in Coupa is added plus.
• Testing:· May perform user acceptance testing· May be responsible for ensuring User Acceptance Testing is fully planned and executed· Develops and assigns test cases· Identifies testing resources· Assesses testing progress

Skills/Experience Preferred:

• Experience in Coupa is added plus

Xoriant reasonably expects the pay rate for this position to be within the following range: $60.00/hour-$70.00/hour.
