Job Details

Our client, a nationally recognized and award-winning company in the health insurance vertical, has a contract opening for a Senior User Experience Design Analyst Job. They have over 4 million customers and 5,000+ employees dedicated to providing innovative solutions that simplify the healthcare system, improve efficiency and outcomes while reducing costs.

Location: ** While the position is Remote, work from home, you must reside in North Carolina or one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Contract Duration: 6 + Months

Required Skills & Experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define product requirements and create user-centered design solutions.
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
  • Participate in and facilitate user research initiatives and usability testing, working closely with our UX Researchers to ensure user needs and pain points are identified, documented, and translated into design solutions.
  • Create visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces that align with our brand and accessibility guidelines, leveraging your understanding of human psychology and design principles.
  • Maintain design consistency and ensure seamless interaction between all touchpoints within the customer journey.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporate best practices into the design process.
  • Share best practices and foster a culture of design excellence through participation in design critique, pair design and mentorship.
  • Strong in UX, mapping high level user flows.
  • Working with design systems in figma
  • Comfortable with UI
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Understanding of UX writing, content hierarchy and comfortable adding placeholder content into their designs (not lorem ipsum)
