Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager IV to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program delivery, cross-functional leadership, and large-scale technology initiatives and a proven ability to define, implement, and deliver complex programs within scope, quality, time, and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver programs within scope, quality, time, and budget while managing moderate-probability, moderate-impact risks.


• Lead program-level strategic planning and partner with executive leadership to resolve complex issues.


• Manage internal exempt, matrixed teams and contractors to deliver systems and enhancements that meet requirements.


• Oversee scope definition, requirements management, estimates, schedules, budgets, status reporting, risks, issues, and contingency plans.


• Facilitate communication and stakeholder engagement across multiple organizational levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Project estimating, scheduling, and tracking in large organizations.


• Customer interaction and stakeholder management.


• People management and team building.


• Ability to adapt judgment in changing environments and manage competing priorities.


• Rapid learning of business processes and effective partnership with stakeholders at multiple levels.


• Risk assessment and application of management principles to technology products and business functions.


• Delivery of technology and business application solutions in multi-platform environments.


• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Preferred Skills:

• MBA or related advanced degree.


• PMP or PMI certification.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field required.


• MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.


• PMP or PMI certification.
