What You Will Do:

As a PeopleSoft Administrator you will be responsible for the Installation, configuration, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting PeopleSoft FIN 9.2 application components. Perform daily checkout, participate in weekly/monthly refresh and environment setup. Create and maintain PeopleSoft Application Servers, Web Server, PeopleSoft Process Schedulers and monitor batch jobs. Configure and monitor load balancing for web and application layer and application and web server performance tuning. Support PeopleSoft integration broker and third-party tool integration. Troubleshoot PeopleSoft application-related performance issues. Perform Scheduled patching cycle for Weblogic, Tuxedo & Java. Support Peoplesoft development team as needed. Also handle end user issues and service now tickets. Participate in on call rotation. Provide weekend and monthly maintenance support as needed. Coordinate with Database and other IT/functional teams as needed. Implement/coordinate PeopleSoft disaster recovery set up and participate in DR activities.

What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university plus 4+ years of professional experience OR 8+ years of professional experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience in code migration via Application designer and Phire change control tool.
  • PUM setup and PeopleSoft Change Assistant experience.
  • Experience in PeopleTools 8.58 / 8.59 / 8.6x upgrade, Application upgrade and Image level patching.
  • Experience in LDAP, SSO configuration and support.
  • Experience in managing Phire environment.
  • Experience in Elastic search configuration.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Servers.
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud.
  • Windows PowerShell scripting experience.


What Would Be Nice To Have :
  • ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
  • Candidates must be located in EST or CST time zones in order to be considered or be willing to work an EST schedule.


The annual salary range for this position is $75,300.00-$112,900.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
