Product Manager III (Unified Communication) Primary Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Product Manager III (Unified Communication) for our premier client in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Education and Experience
- Should have experience and comfortable with: Unified Communication products.
- Need to have 3-5 years experience in Unified Comm and Product Management.
- Experience with Poly and Cisco devices ideal/bonus.
- Need to be technical with telephony equipment.
- Work on launching new devices from Poly and Cisco while at the same time reducing the overall offering (SKUs) for CB Global.
- Additionally ability to update/create documentation for a BYO device for CB Global.
- Launch activities include creating/sharing vision with End to End teams, identifying sales talking points/collateral, and operational and customer care support definitions.
- There is a lot of opportunity for this person to consolidate the CB Global offering, while at the same time introduce new devices/functionality to customers.
- The product manager will have support of an experienced product lead.
- There will also be a small team with a program manager for each effort, a sales ops analyst to create sales processes, and an operations business analyst for operational processes.
- The extended team will include software engineers, product engineers, network engineers, security, compliance, legal, marketing, training, pricing and promotions, and sales enablement resources.
- Voice Edge equipment for businesses.
- Looking at and bringing on new equipment. This is equipment focused on Polycom and Cisco and supporting those devices as well as documentation.
- Comfortable presenting to E2E teams and to Sales teams on the devices and how they work.
- Anyone coming from RingCentral, 8x8, Vonage, Cisco, Polycom/HP would be ideal.
- Need someone who is inquisitive and is good and working through problems to understand how things work.
