Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a MedTech Supply Chain Digital, Director of AI Enablement & Value Acceleration to join our team and support our global transformations. This role is based in Raritan, NJ or another MedTech site location.

We are seeking an experienced digital leader to support the MedTech Supply Chain Digital Strategy & Innovation organization and lead the strategy, design, development, and deployment of AI capabilities to accelerate and automate our transformation implementation efforts. This role will collaborate closely with business units, technology, and data science to develop strategies that bridge business needs with technology solutions to drive cost efficiencies, reduce implementation timelines, and improve overall delivery quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and lead the AI enablement and value acceleration strategy for global digital transformation programs including Transcend ERP.
  • Establish a clear portfolio of AI automation opportunities aligned to cost reduction, efficiency, and delivery acceleration goals.
  • Systematically identify manual, repetitive, and high-cost activities suitable for agentic AI automation prioritized for program value.
  • Ensure seamless integration of process with technology through the deployments.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle of agentic AI solutions, from ideation and roadmap development to execution, deployment, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary AI enablement leader and collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain operations, IT, data science, and stakeholders across our business units.
  • Establish a repeatable agentic AI framework that can be scaled to suit future use cases for process acceleration.
  • Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics to measure digital performance and value realization.
  • Ensure all AI solutions comply with enterprise standards for data privacy, security, and auditability.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to drive adoption and change management strategies and ensure seamless adoption and engagement.
  • Foster a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement within our digital teams.
  • Examples of potential areas of value acceleration include: testing, solution confirmation, process documentation, data migration, and operational monitoring.

Experience and Skills

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Experience Design, or related area of study.
  • 10+ collective years in digital strategy, product management, digital transformation, or equivalent related experience.
  • Proven experience leading digital product development, agile methodologies, and product roadmaps.
  • Strong experience leading global transformation programs and developing strategies for both custom digital applications and SaaS platforms.
  • Strong experience engaging with customers to gain insights and gather requirements for product strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to show proven value accountability.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal to drive collaboration across stakeholder groups.
  • Understanding of AI concepts, including leading-edge agentic intelligent automation and AI technologies.
  • Proficiency with various common business tools within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Proactive, organized, and passionate team player.

Preferred:
  • Prior experience and knowledge of supply chain processes, technologies, and various digital strategies.
  • Experience with ERP or equivalent enterprise platform implementations (i.e. SAP)
  • Prior experience in a leadership role managing high performing teams
  • Experience design skills such as wireframing, mockup design, and information architecture
  • Hands-on exposure to AI-enabled testing, documentation automation, or automated quality assurance tools.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, delivery acceleration techniques, and modern program management practices.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$164,000.00 - $282,900.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation -120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave - 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave - 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off - 80 hours per calendar year
