Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II in Cleveland, Ohio. This role is in the IT industry and entails providing comprehensive technical support and assistance to users, maintaining IT systems, and troubleshooting various technical issues. The workplace is a dynamic and collaborative environment that fosters teamwork and innovative problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Active Directory, VoIP, SharePoint, and Excel.
Assist in Android Development and work with Cisco and Citrix Technologies to ensure smooth operations.
Manage and maintain the EO/IR system effectively.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor and maintain computer hardware and configuration management systems.
Deploy and implement new software and hardware solutions as required.
Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications efficiently.
Work with Apple devices and ensure their seamless integration into the existing IT infrastructure.
Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the company's database systems.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure the successful implementation of IT projects.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or relevant field
Proficiency in Android Development
Working knowledge of Cisco Technologies
Familiarity with Citrix Technologies
Experience with Database handling
Understanding of EO/IR systems
Skilled in Active Directory management
Ability to work with Apple Devices
Knowledge of Computer Hardware
Experience in Configuration Management
Prior experience in Deployments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong customer service skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in technology
