About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experiencedData Quality & Reconciliation Solution Architectto join our team. You will play a key role in architecting and implementing solutions that ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across our organization. This position requires a deep understanding of data quality principles, reconciliation methodologies, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and technology teams to define and implement impactful data quality and reconciliation strategies.

Data Architect (with Java Experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the definition and implementation of comprehensive data quality and reconciliation strategies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data quality requirements and business challenges.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including data quality metrics, validation rules, and reconciliation processes.
  • Design and architect robust data quality and reconciliation solutions leveraging appropriate technologies and tools.
  • Develop and maintain data quality and reconciliation documentation, including architectural diagrams, process flows, and user guides.
  • Conduct technical feasibility studies, identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to implement the designed solutions and ensure adherence to data quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze data quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and proactively address data quality issues.
  • Develop and implement data quality governance processes to ensure ongoing data integrity.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in data quality and reconciliation.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members on data quality best practices and solution design.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data quality and reconciliation solutions, including architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of data quality principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience with various data quality tools and technologies, such as data profiling, data cleansing, and data validation tools.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing data reconciliation solutions, including data matching, deduplication, and data integration techniques.
  • Expertise in data modeling, database design, and data warehousing principles.
  • Strong understanding of various data sources, including relational databases, data lakes, and cloud data platforms.
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
