- The Agile Scrum Master is responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of a material change for a project of high complexity across multiple departments within a single business unit.
- The Scrum Master facilitates the Agile methodology and activities, manages, leads and directs the work efforts of resources that are functionally aligned as part of the project team.
- The Scrum Master is responsible for the end-to-end integration of various work streams in order to deliver the intended project solution.
Position Summary:
- This project manager role is responsible for: -Coordinating and facilitating routines to support delivery -e.g.kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. -Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
- Support Enterprise Change Management Standards -Program level status reporting and key control indicators -Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal. Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline.
- Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
- Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
- Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards. -Supports resource planning for delivery/execution.
- Accountability and Ownership and self-sufficient to be able to work with minimum guidance Primary Skill Agile tools (Jira) Secondary Skill Tertiary Skill Required Skills Minimum 5 - 7 years of project management experience.
- Bachelors Degree or higher, or equivalent experience. solid strategic thinker and the proven ability to execute
- Superior communication skills, ability to navigate in a matrix management model and influence across multiple organization levels. solid relationship management and organizational skills along with ability to identify and prioritize work load
- Willing and able to work after hours when required to support multiple time zones

- Manage Project Scope

- Removes impediments to the ability of the team to deliver and is keenly focused on the activities and progress of the Agile project team
- Timeline and Budget/Expenses; Obtain and align resources to key project roles; establish clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities
- Oversight/Manage/Lead project execution, integration and implementation
- Risk Management and Mitigation Planning
- Readiness/Change Adoption/Stakeholder Management
- Quality Assurance, ensure that all applicable change requirements are satisfied; Acts as the primary point of contact and integration for the project
