Key Responsibilities

Requirements for Success:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
- Demonstrated experience communicating with technical and business teams across all levels of the organization
- 15+ years of ERP FINANCE solution architecture experience
- SAP FICO expertise with SAP GL, FA, CCA, PCA, Material Ledger, Product Costing and COPA knowledge.
- 8+ years of SAP S/4HANA Finance experience.
- Experience designing SAP S/4HANA organizational and chart of accounts structures.
- SAP FICO module integration expertise.
- Experience architecting enterprise solutions in complex environments with a high volume of users (2k+)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 15+ years of SAP Finance experience including full-lifecycle SAP implementation experience (SAP S/4HANA).
- Intercompany transactions, eliminations, and financial consolidations expertise.
- 2+ years as SAP R2R Lead supporting SAP S/4HANA post-implementation.
JD for R2R Senior Functional Lead
The functional lead for SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, is responsible for leading the solution design and managing the implementation of FICO in SAP S/4 HANA record-to-report process area. Reporting to the Senior Manager and as a key member of the SAP Center of Excellence solutions capability team, this position will collaborate with key business stakeholders globally and IT staff on the planning and execution of finance processes. This role will be a hands-on solution expert in design, configuration, and testing who s able to lead solution discussions to drive a best-in class systems capability within the space.
Responsibilities:
- As a member of the SAP COE, will own the solution and act as the primary point of contact to collaborate with internal and external resources on a global greenfield implementation to identify best practices, and design and build our global SAP FICO solution.
- Analyze business process gaps and translate requirements into specs. Work with technical team members to develop the solution and execute testing as part of the solution rollout.
- Support operations including end user assistance, system troubleshooting, and configuration of the core SAP FICO modules as needed.
- Drive changes and enhancements through the change management process. This would include solution ownership, communication with stakeholders, users, and developers, functional unit tests, user acceptance tests, cutover tasks, and ongoing support.

- Direct master data uploads and other annual system activities that are required for business continuity.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in information systems, finance, or related field
- 10+ years of hands-on SAP ERP platform configuration and preferably 3-4 years of brownfield/greenfield deployment experience in SAP S/4.
- Full life cycle implementation experience and support of SAP S/4HANA.
- Proficient in Configuration experience in the following key areas: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Credit / Collection Management, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Profit Center Accounting.
- Experience in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Change Management leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Technical and operational knowledge and integration experience with other SAP functional areas - MM, PP, SD, and Logistics.
- Deep experience and expertise translating business requirements and processes into low friction automation and high impact systems.
- Willingness to travel, as needed.
- Responsible for SAP record to report (RTR) IT applications.
- Responsible for hands on functional and configuration and troubleshooting. Support in SAP implementation rollouts as required.
- Participate in gathering business / system process and requirements.
- Design systems and processes of SAP FI-CO and integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Work closely with integration partners to provide them direction and support in the trouble shooting of system issues and resolution.
- Work with a project team of experts across Business Process, SAP Functional Experts and Business Analysts to identify business process optimization and translate to feasible functional requirements.
- Support / participate in system testing, training, documentation, change management, risk management, and other key activities related to IT projects.
