Job Title: AI Engineer Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with strong proficiency in Python and Generative AI (GenAI) frameworks to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models and solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LLMs (Large Language Models), Machine Learning pipelines, and cloud-based AI services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Build and fine-tune Generative AI models (LLMs, GPT, BERT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.) for NLP, summarization, and chat applications.
- Integrate GenAI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock) into business workflows.
- Develop data pipelines for training and inference, including preprocessing, model serving, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Cloud Architects to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Implement prompt engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures using vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB).
- Deploy AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform using containers, Kubernetes, or serverless services.
- Conduct model evaluation, A/B testing, and performance tuning to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay updated with latest research and advancements in Generative AI and Machine Learning.
