We are looking for SharePoint Online Permission Attestation Workflow Specialist for our client in Burbank, CA / Orlando, FL

Job Description:
Pay Range: $70hr - $75hr
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement permission attestation workflows using SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and PowerApps.
- Configure workflows to trigger periodic reviews of site permissions, ownership, and sharing settings by designated site owners or administrators.
- Develop secure document libraries and SharePoint lists to log attestation responses, track acknowledgements, and manage audit trails.
- Use elevated permissions and App Steps to ensure workflows can access and modify permission settings securely.
- Automate notifications and reminders for pending attestation tasks, including escalation for overdue responses.
- Integrate approval processes that allow users to Attest or Deny permissions, with follow up actions based on responses.
- Collaborate with compliance, IT security, and governance teams to align workflows with organizational policies.
- Monitor workflow performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for scalability and reliability.
- Generate reports and dashboards using Power BI to visualize attestation status and permission trends.
- Bachelor s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in SharePoint Online administration and workflow development.
- Strong proficiency in Power Automate, PowerApps, and SharePoint Designer.
- Experience with permission management, site lifecycle governance, and attestation workflows.
- Familiarity with XML based permission requests and App Step configuration for elevated access.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive data and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 compliance and governance tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or ISO 27001.
- Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or SharePoint Administration.
- Experience in legal, healthcare, or financial services environments.
