Order Processing & Customer Service Specialists
Description:
Direct Hire. Hybrid remote and onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage processing operations of all incoming orders from customers, including catalog number verification, international orders, large order requirements, pricing, change orders, expediting, credit limit, and promise dates
- Supply Chain and activities executed by Sales Order Administration team
- Follow up Order Execution (EDI, delivery creation, shipment)
- Follow up portfolio & KPI’s of service and Root Cause analysis
- Reporting main KPIs (CCL, OTDS/C, NOR, BOL, LOQ) to customers
- Be the SPOC of the customer to forward VOC to internal team
- Participate in SIM
- Ensure respect of SLA and customize as needed
- Prepare set of documents requested by customer (Insurance Certificate, Co’s, export documents, Proformas, etc. )
- Ensure information flow: Delays, lead times, blockage at SO / Material level, availability stock, any other request in logistics
- Participate in visit and/or consultation of customers and front offices to understand the different logistics solution needs, priorities, and expectations per customer segment
- Validate technical/sales orders
- Critical request and returns
- Quality request follow up
- Support to the CCC / BU
- Propose and participate on new improvements
- Handling customer claim request (LCR or CCMP)
- Other duties as required
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- At least 3 years of related working experience
