Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Mobile Development to lead our mobile development team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and deployment of our mobile applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, security, and user experience. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of our mobile initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the mobile development team, providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
• Define and implement the mobile development strategy, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Oversee the entire mobile development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality mobile applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Conduct regular code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks related to mobile development projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a mobile development leader, with at least 7 years of experience in mobile application development.
• Strong proficiency in mobile development frameworks and languages (e.g., Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter).
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integration of mobile applications with backend services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the fintech industry.
• Familiarity with mobile security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
