Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Finance and General Ledger modules. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and supporting D365 F&O / AX2012 solutions across multiple financial functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional consulting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and AX2012 especially General Ledger, Finance, and related modules.
• Work on implementation and support engagements across multi-company and multi-division setups.
• Configure and support Project Management & Accounting, Bank, Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Cash & Bank Management, Workflow, and Consolidation.
• Handle Consolidation and Minority Interest scenarios across international GAAP and localization requirements.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to define the Scope of Work, manage Change Requests, and ensure timely delivery.
• Support production and participate in Onsite/Offshore delivery models.

Functional Skills

• Core Finance (Accounting & MIS)
• Consolidation and Multi-Company Accounting
• IFRS, US GAAP, and other international GAAP
• Product & Manufacturing Costing (especially in Process Industry)
• Chart of Accounts structure for multi-division, multi-geography environments
• Bank Reconciliation
• Scope & Change Request Management

Preferred Experience

• 10+ years of consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / AX2012.
• Experience in Production Support and implementation projects.
• Strong exposure to Onsite/Offshore support environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, AX 2012 R3, and related financial modules.

• Experience relevant to JD (Finance & Implementation).
• Hands-on in Production Support projects.
