- Job Title: Automation Engineer (Terraform and AWS)
- (Note: Do not submit Testing Automation Engineers)
- Location: San Antonio, TX Onsite (5 days a week)
- Type: Contract

Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer / DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Terraform and AWS. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining automated frameworks and cloud infrastructure that support efficient delivery and reliability of software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for build verification.
- Collaborate across development, QA, and DevOps teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Improve and optimize automation tools, test coverage, and release processes.
- Document automation architecture, processes, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years in automation engineering or similar roles.
- Strong scripting experience using Python, Java, JavaScript, or Shell.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, etc.
- Expertise with API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI.
- Good experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI.
- Strong grasp of SDLC and agile methodologies.
Must-Have Skills:
- Advanced knowledge in Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
- Proficient with AWS Cloud Services
- Hands-on with PowerShell and Python scripting
- Experience with PostgreSQL and AWS RDS
- Background in regulated domains like finance or healthcare is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to relocate to San Antonio, TX (SNO) 100% onsite role
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
