Low Voltage Cabling Technician to join our team at a cutting-edge data center in
Moncks Corner, SC. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-tech environment, working alongside seasoned professionals who will help you grow your skills and knowledge.
Schedule:- Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Total Hours: 58 hours/week
This is a
physically demanding role that requires commitment, stamina, and a strong team-oriented mindset. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where precision and reliability are key.
What You'll Do:- Install, terminate, and test low voltage cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, fiber optic) in a data center environment
- Assist with rack and stack of network equipment
- Maintain cable organization and labeling standards
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion
- Follow safety protocols and industry best practices
What We're Looking For:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interest in technology and infrastructure
- Ability to work in physically active environments (lifting, climbing ladders, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Basic understanding of cabling tools and equipment is a plus
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moncks Corner, SC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
