Program Manager- SAP S/4 HANA Migration | Remote

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead complex SAP S/4HANA migration programs, including ECC to S/4HANA transitions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP landscapes, proven experience managing large-scale SAP transformation initiatives, and strong leadership skills to drive planning, execution, and delivery of SAP migration projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration programs across global or enterprise-level clients.
• Define program scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with business goals and SAP roadmap.
• Manage cross-functional teams including SAP technical, functional, and business stakeholders.
• Drive program governance, status reporting, issue/risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Work with technical architects and SAP Basis teams to align program milestones with infrastructure and application readiness.
• Oversee migration planning, system conversion strategy (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Hybrid), and cutover execution.
• Manage vendor coordination and third-party integrators involved in SAP landscape transformation.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with organizational standards and SAP best practices.
• Track budget, resource allocation, and program KPIs; escalate issues proactively to executive leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 12+ years of overall IT/program management experience with at least 5 years managing SAP transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience delivering SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition).
• At least 2 full-cycle SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology, project lifecycle, and SAP landscape architecture.
• Proven success in stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration in large enterprise environments.
• Experience managing multi-phase SAP programs with global rollouts.
• Familiarity with tools such as Solution Manager, Jira, MS Project, and standard program tracking dashboards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• PMP, Prince2, or similar certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-hosted S/4HANA solutions (SAP RISE, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Exposure to SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, and integration with third-party systems.
• SAP program delivery experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, utilities, or public sector.
