Job Overview

The Information Technology (ITS) department is currently a team of 30 professionals dedicated to enhancing, maintaining, and developing the firm's technology infrastructure and security. The team is comprised of four functions:

  • Service Delivery & Telecom
  • Enterprise Application Solutions
  • Infrastructure, Networking and Cloud Solutions
  • Information Security


  • Maintain and support cloud-based infrastructure, with a focus on AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform
  • Develop security protocols and policies to support established standards
  • Keep up to date with industry standards and the latest technologies
  • Manage and maintain expertise on cloud platforms
  • Design, implement, administer, and troubleshoot cloud solutions and tools
  • Provide project engineering support


  • At least 5-10 years of systems administration experience working within public cloud environments – AWS or Google Cloud Platform are highly preferred
  • Solid working knowledge of cloud networking, storage, IAAS, SAAS & PAAS
  • Experience implementing and supporting robust cloud infrastructure solutions
  • Likes to work in a geographically dispersed cross-functional team
  • Understanding of cloud security standards and how to implement solutions that meet the security requirements
  • Knowledge of PowerShell and scripting is required
  • Proficient with core technologies that include Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, etc.
  • Ability to document technical artifacts related to design and architecture
  • Must have recent experience with Amazon VPC (firewalls, security groups, etc.), Transit Gateways, AWS Control Tower (or other similar program), Storage Gateways, AWS Organizations, and AWS CloudFormation
  • Hands on experience with technologies like Fargate, Kubernetes, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, RDS, EMR, GuardRails, and/or Snowflake is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with cloud storage lifecycle and EC2 instances
