Job Title: Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Data Migration & Replication Consultant

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to lead the technical execution of HR and HCM transformation initiatives. This role focuses on data migration, integration, and ongoing replication between legacy systems and Employee Central, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and seamless synchronization across hybrid SAP landscapes.

You will play a key role in modernizing HR systems, driving best practices in AI-driven migration, and leveraging tools like the SAP Migration Cockpit to support S/4HANA integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end data migration lifecycle (Extraction, Transformation, Loading, and Validation) from SAP ERP HCM or non-SAP legacy systems to Employee Central.
  • Configure and manage continuous synchronization and delta replication of employee and organizational master data within hybrid SAP environments.
  • Utilize SAP-native tools such as Migration Cockpit (LTMC), Infoporter, and LSMW for data cleansing, transformation, and loading.
  • Design, configure, and troubleshoot integration flows using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI/HCI) for seamless data exchange with SAP S/4HANA and downstream systems.
  • Apply data governance and quality control practices using SAP tools (e.g., MDG, Information Steward) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support HR innovation and agile transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of SAP implementation experience, including 2+ full-cycle HR/HCM data migration projects.
  • Hands-on expertise with SAP CPI/HCI and Business Integration Builder (BIB) for data replication.
  • Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Compound Employee API for master data replication.
  • Proficiency with SAP data migration tools (LSMW, Migration Cockpit) and data mapping/reconciliation methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR data models, integration architecture, and hybrid SAP deployments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP Certified Associate SuccessFactors Employee Central Core certification.
  • Experience with AI-driven migration tools and analytics for scalability and performance.
  • Familiarity with S/4HANA integration and data governance frameworks.
