Summary:
Seeking an experienced Guidewire DBCC Specialist to identify, analyze, and resolve data integrity issues in PolicyCenter and BillingCenter, ensuring system stability and data consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and resolve DBCC errors in PolicyCenter and BillingCenter.
Investigate root causes of data integrity and consistency issues.
Develop and execute data correction solutions using Gosu, SQL, and Guidewire tools.
Validate fixes to ensure no impact on billing, rating, reporting, or downstream processes.
Implement preventive measures, monitoring, and automation for recurring DBCC issues.
Collaborate with business, QA, and technical teams on issue resolution and testing.
Document root cause analyses, resolutions, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of Guidewire implementation or support experience.
Hands-on expertise resolving DBCC issues in PolicyCenter and BillingCenter.
Strong knowledge of Guidewire data models, entity relationships, and Guidewire Studio.
Experience with Gosu scripting and SQL (Oracle/SQL Server).
Knowledge of Guidewire Cloud and/or on-premise environments.
Experience with data correction, database debugging, and data integrity validation.
Understanding of P&C Insurance processes, including policy and billing lifecycles.
Ability to perform functional and regression testing of data fixes.

Preferred:

Experience in Commercial and/or Personal Lines insurance.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Experience working closely with QA and cross-functional team
