We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality products efficiently. This role is key to fostering collaboration, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring seamless communication across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove obstacles and enable smooth workflows across cross-functional teams.
- Act as a servant leader, coaching teams on Agile principles and best practices.
- Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs and align priorities with business objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance Agile adoption.
- Track team performance and Agile maturity to optimize delivery cycles.
- Promote a culture of transparency, innovation, and accountability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
- Excellent facilitation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and lead Agile transformations.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools is a plus.
