Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing OPM solutions within chemical plant environments. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and integration of OPM systems, enhancing manufacturing processes and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• OPM Implementation:
  • Lead the implementation of Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) solutions in chemical plant settings.
  • Configure OPM modules including Product Development, Production, Quality, and Costing.
  • Customize OPM functionalities to meet specific business requirements.
• Project Management:
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with manufacturing, quality assurance, and IT teams to align OPM implementation with business objectives.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of OPM systems.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Provide technical expertise in the design and configuration of OPM modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OPM applications.
  • Collaborate with Oracle support for technical resolutions and updates.
• Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the manufacturing operations.
  • Implement best practices and industry standards in OPM deployment.
• Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of OPM configurations, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) solutions.
  • Proven experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful OPM deployments.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) modules and configurations.
  • Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with database management, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle certification in OPM or related areas.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with other Oracle Cloud applications
