Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Windows 11 migration project, ensuring seamless transition and minimal downtime.
- Provide technical support for Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems.
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, routing protocols, load balancing, and backup/disaster recovery systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure system security and compliance with organizational policies.
- Maintain and update technical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Windows Systems/Support Engineer, particularly in Windows administration.
- Strong background in technical support, including experience with Linux and Mac operating systems.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, routing protocols, and load balancing.
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+).
- Experience in high-technology systems development environments.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and methodologies.
