Job Description:
Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Provides general office support. Serves as the department/group contact. Completes special projects as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.
Disqualifiers: Candidates with frequent job hoping will not be eligible for the role. The team is looking for someone who would be interested in an FTE position.
Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain a background in supporting a CVP in an executive office, and experience with supporting a large organization. The right candidate will have the ability to work in a fast pace environment and can manage a heavy workload. Highly preferred candidates will have previous Microsoft experience.
Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work.
