Prominent is partnering with a health insurance organization to hire a Senior Technical Analyst who will connect business needs with technical delivery across enterprise healthcare platforms.

You’ll sit at the center of it all—driving alignment, owning requirements, and pushing high-impact solutions across a modern healthcare platform ecosystem.
What You’ll Be Driving
Be the Bridge
- Turn business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements
- Partner across product, engineering, and business teams to align on solutions
- Act as a strategic liaison across stakeholders (Sales, Claims, Providers)
Architect the Path Forward
- Lead process and workflow design that enhances product performance
- Support solution design, system interactions, and data modeling
- Troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution
Own Agile Delivery
- Define user stories, run sprint ceremonies, and keep delivery on track
- Drive sprint planning, retrospectives, and risk mitigation
- Support testing, UAT, and post-release success
Influence Strategy
- Align technical solutions with real business outcomes
- Champion process improvements and modern tech adoption (AI, cloud)
- Provide insights that improve operational efficiency and scalability
Raise the Bar on Quality
- Define acceptance criteria and ensure scalable, supportable systems
- Guide UAT and participate in design reviews
- Protect system reliability across enterprise environments
What You Bring
- Experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar
- Strong background working in Agile environments (scrum ceremonies, user stories, delivery ownership)
- Ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with complex systems, workflows, and enterprise platforms
- A mindset of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement
