Job Title: Change Management Lead ERP Digital Transformation (Energy & Utilities)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to drive the people and process transformation associated with a large-scale ERP implementation in the Energy & Utility sector. This role will play a critical part in ensuring business readiness, stakeholder alignment, and user adoption of new digital tools and processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing change initiatives in complex environments and working closely with System Integrator (SI) partners and cross-functional business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive Change Management Strategy and Plan to support the ERP transformation program.
Conduct stakeholder assessments, impact analyses, and readiness evaluations to identify organizational challenges and adoption barriers.
Design and implement communication, engagement, and training plans to ensure smooth transition and user confidence.
Collaborate with the ERP Program Director, business process owners, and SI partners to embed change management activities into the overall program roadmap.
Lead organizational alignment workshops, town halls, and feedback sessions across global business units.
Develop role-based enablement materials and oversee the change champion network.
Establish success metrics to measure adoption, proficiency, and sustainability of new processes.
Identify potential risks to adoption and proactively develop mitigation plans.
Partner with HR and Learning & Development teams to align training outcomes with organizational competency frameworks.
Drive continuous improvement and advocate for a culture of digital adoption, innovation, and agility.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or Master s in Organizational Development preferred).
10+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or ERP transformation initiatives.
Proven experience in Oil & Energy or other asset-intensive industries.
Strong background in ERP programs (NetSuite, Oracle Cloud, or SAP) and their organizational impact.
Hands-on experience collaborating with System Integrator (SI) partners and executive stakeholders.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
Certification in PROSCI, ACMP, or equivalent change management methodology preferred.
Demonstrated ability to translate technical and process changes into business impact narratives.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in global or multi-site change rollouts.
Understanding of digital transformation trends, including AI adoption, process automation, and analytics-driven change.
Strong influencing skills with the ability to balance empathy, structure, and business priorities.
