Summary

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (ServiceNow) to lead and oversee ServiceNow modernization, implementation, and enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget while aligning project outcomes with business objectives.

This role requires strong project management expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and a solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its modules. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with business units, IT teams, vendors, and ServiceNow consultants to drive successful project execution and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and modernization projects.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, timelines, and status reports.
  • Coordinate resources, manage project risks, and ensure adherence to project milestones.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and organizational requirements.
  • Facilitate project governance, issue resolution, and change management activities.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, leadership, and external vendors to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Communicate project status, risks, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders and executive management.
  • Build strong relationships across cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

ServiceNow Oversight

  • Support ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure ServiceNow consultants and project teams adhere to established governance standards and best practices.
  • Work closely with technical teams to support deployment, testing, training, and adoption activities.
  • Maintain alignment between business requirements and ServiceNow platform capabilities.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare project plans, technical documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and executive presentations.
  • Develop and maintain project artifacts, including risk logs, issue trackers, and project dashboards.
  • Support the creation of end-user documentation and training materials as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 7–9 years of overall IT experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing technology projects as a Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level technology implementation projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong planning, scheduling, implementation, and evaluation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
