Vega Consulting Solutions is hiring a Technical Writer to create SOP's for our direct client. 100% remote based opportunities. Candidates must be located on the East Coast.
Job description:
Supports the planning and implementation of large-scale change efforts by partnering with clients in determining improved organizational strategies, business processes, organization structure, roles and responsibilities. Provides consultative services in the areas of change management, business process improvement, organizational effectiveness, training, and project management. Contributes to the development of project and communication plans to facilitate and support organizational change. Responsible for working with multiple teams to document the current procedures and processes, identify gaps to identify missing processes, and develop the final SOPs for approval. Responsible for developing workflow diagrams using Visio or comparable software application.
Job Requirement:
- 5 years of SOP Tech writing experience.
- 5 years progressive workforce analysis, program design and delivery experience in a corporate environment.
- Experience in working with Visio and Snagit software applications to create workflow process diagrams.
- Must have a strong background of documenting process and Procedures
- Expertise in using Snagit and Visio
- Strong Back ground in writing procedures and GAP Analysis
- Ability to overcome resistance to implement change.
- Ability to anticipate future trends and recommend solutions and process improvement plans
- Knowledge of advanced coaching methods, leadership coaching, and conflict resolution
- Experience in group facilitation and training
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
