Senior Contract Administrator

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Contract Administrator for a 4+ month contract position with our client, a Leading Pharmacy Benefit Manager, located in Eagan, MN.

Pay range: $48.00 - $52.00 per Hour

This role supports the Strategic Sourcing / Category Management team with a strong emphasis on contract review, negotiation, and execution across IT and operational spend categories.
The position is highly tactical and hands-on, stepping in during a critical time (paternity leave coverage and cloud transformation work). The ideal candidate will:

• Lead contract negotiations (IT-heavy, with some operational exposure)
• Review, redline, and process contracts end-to-end
• Partner closely with sourcing leadership to structure negotiations that drive cost savings
• Support cloud transformation and broader IT initiatives
• Navigate a fast-paced, evolving, and less-structured environment

Strategic sourcing experience is strongly preferred, as there is potential for long-term fit if the candidate demonstrates strong negotiation and savings acumen.

• Reports directly to the Hiring Manager

  • Principal-level strategic sourcing lead

Requirements
Core Experience:

• 7 years in contract management or contract administration
• Strong IT contract negotiation experience (cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, transformation projects)
• Experience negotiating legal terms (not just commercial pricing)
• Exposure to operations contracts
• Strategic sourcing mindset preferred

Technical / Systems:

• SAP or Oracle
• DocuSign
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint required)
• Familiarity with AWS/cloud contracts preferred

Industry (Nice to Have):

• Healthcare, PBM, pharma, or regulated industry experience

• Ability to explain negotiation strategy clearly

Candidates must be able to think through negotiations structurally and articulate their reasoning.
