Location: Tuscaloosa, AL Onsite / Hybrid

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description

Overview:

  • Expertise in configuring and implementing human resources (HR) modules to meet the specific needs of an organization.
  • Work with clients to understand their HR requirements and configure HR modules to meet those requirements.
  • Responsible for designing and implementing HR processes, policies, and procedures within the cloud ERP system, such as recruitment, onboarding, compensation, payroll, performance management, and employee development.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients on how to use HR modules and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Work closely with other IT professionals, such as Workday developers and testers, to ensure that the solution is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the quality standards of the organization.

Experience:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, information technology, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Hold HCM certifications from software vendor.
  • Expertise in configuring and implementing HCM modules.
  • Experience with core HCM modules, such as Human Capital Management, Talent Management, Payroll, and Benefits.
  • Deep knowledge of human resources processes and best practices is required for designing and configuring HCM modules to meet business needs.
  • Have experience with HR processes such as employee onboarding, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with business stakeholders, understand their needs, and provide technical guidance and support.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex HR system issues.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose system errors and work collaboratively with technical teams to resolve them.
  • Experience with change management and be able to effectively communicate changes to business stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage change requests and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
