Description:

As a Workday Business Systems Analyst Contractor, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Workday solutions to meet business needs. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Workday implementations. Configuring and customizing Workday applications to align with client-specific requirements. Conducting data analysis and reporting using Workday tools to provide insights and support decision-making. Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Workday-related issues. Conducting training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of Workday applications.

Requirements:

  • 4+ Years integrations experience with Workday
  • Workday Integration Development Experience: Proficient in designing, building, and maintaining integrations using Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP).
  • Technical Skills: Strong background in XML, XSLT, XSD, web technologies (REST, SOAP, WSDL), and middleware tools. Familiarity with APIs, data formatting, and transformation. Experience with vendor management systems and contingent worker processes preferred.
  • Data Management: Experience with HR data, data mapping, validation, and troubleshooting data issues between Workday and external systems.
  • Integration Lifecycle Management: Skilled in managing the full integration lifecycle requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Excellent analytical skills to diagnose, debug, and resolve integration and data flow issues promptly.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work with HRIT, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to define integration needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Documentation: Practice in creating and maintaining technical documentation for integrations, processes, and support procedures.
  • Certifications (Required): Workday Pro/Partner certifications in Integrations required
