Full Stack Software Engineer (Perl)

Piper Companies has an exciting Full Stack Software Engineer opportunity with a leading provider of Network Operations Center Services located in Raleigh, North Carolina. The Full Stack Software Engineer will be an integral part of the team responsible for core applications supporting the business. The ideal will have a strong background in Perl Application Development and be willing to work onsite 5 days per work.

Responsibilities for the Full Stack Software Engineer (Perl):

• Develop new features and maintain existing software systems
• Develop UI and Web application backend
• Support NOC Engineers as needed to explain and troubleshoot application-related issues

Qualifications for the Full Stack Software Engineer (Perl):

• At least 5 years of Development experience in a Linux environment
• Expertise in Perl application development
• Understanding of networking principles (TCP, UDP, SNMP, SMTP, HTTPS)
• Experience with Web UI design (Hotwire experience is preferred)
• Comfortable working on a small development team

Compensation for the Full Stack Software Engineer (Perl):

• Compensation Range: $120,000 -$140,000 annually
