Details:
Must be willing to travel and work weekends; supporting IT upgrades and need to perform the cutover during off-hours. On-site work will typically be Friday evening thru Tuesday afternoon (fly in Friday morning and depart either Tues night or Wed am).
Ideal skills:
Tier 3 help desk engineer/tech with strong Windows 10/11 experience; advanced problem solving with respect to work stations, printers (including label printers), and Active Directory. Prior support for health care is a plus.
Network/systems engineer with experience in Aruba Central for cloud-managed networking (plus), VeloCloud, and Cradlepoint. Must be an expert layers 2+ (network, transport, session, etc. as well as strong experience with IP subnetting, spanning tree, VLAN/VLAN trunking.
