  • Will be one of two people at the site, serving in a Lead Role (not management) with supervisory responsibilities, requiring a high level of responsibility, organization, client interaction, and customer service orientation.

  • Serve as the primary customer contact for equipment support and service; manage client relationships and coordinate Move/Add/Change (MAC) processes.

  • Provide ongoing end-user training on office and print equipment.

  • Perform basic device cleaning, replace operator-accessible parts and consumables, and handle break-fix activities (70% of the role).

  • Support IP address setup, basic equipment problem diagnosis, and printer driver installations on end-user devices.

  • Act as the point of contact for equipment delivery, removal, and on-site technical support; contact client or third-party service as needed.

  • Utilize client web-based applications for service call handling, accurate call reporting, and equipment tracking in designated systems.

  • Perform physical and remote device management, printer mapping, and network issue escalation.

  • Configure devices (IP addresses, scanning templates, user access levels, scan-to-file/email settings) and apply software updates or patches.

  • Support remote resolutions requiring technical expertise and perform remote monitoring and problem-solving.

  • Manage and promote client office solutions, proactively track consumables, and maintain on-site replaceable parts inventory.

  • Collect equipment meter readings for billing purposes and perform data entry for asset and activity tracking.

  • Manage and maintain on-site inventory using PM4 tools.

  • Move printers between buildings, assist with new printer installations, and transport/install printer supplies across multiple customer locations.

  • Able to lift desktop printers (up to 50 lbs) onto desks or tables.

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience with web-based software.

  • Possess 1 2 years of experience in printer/copier repair, troubleshooting, and IT support; strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, willingness to learn new technologies, and enthusiasm for the role.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Education Verification Required).
