ABOUT THE ROLE:
Work Schedule: The teams works on a rotation - 3 months on day shifts and then 3 months on night shifts. The day shift can start as early as 4 am (for example, 4am-1pm, 8am-5pm, 12p-9pm, etc.). The night shift can start as early as 5pm (for example, 5pm-2am, 7pm-4am, etc.). The schedules will be set each week and candidates must be available to work any shift within that rotation. Also includes weekends.

It is vital that candidates have a strong understanding of sports and are in-tune with current news and storylines in the sports world. Looking for candidates excited about the possibility of working at ESPN and getting their foot in the door. Potential for extension or conversion.
The Digital Video Content Associate - Temp is a 40 hr/wk position with a project timeline of 12 months. This role is tasked with the production and editing of highlight, studio show and custom daily video content for distribution across ESPNs digital properties. A developed understanding of digital media and social content creation via non-linear editing software is required. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated sports fan who is in-tune with current teams, players, storylines and trends and can apply editorial news judgement to their content creation sensibilities.
Responsibilities
Be able to identify trending, must-see-type moments from games or news stories and work to create and aggregate cohesive content experiences for a digital audience
Analyze content metadata plus usage and performance metrics that lead to content enhancements and storyline improvements
Effectively manage production timelines to ensure projects are executed on time
