About the Role

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Researcher to join our Offensive Security Research team, focusing on AI technologies from a red team perspective. In this role, you will conduct advanced security testing on new AI offerings and AI integrations within existing applications. Your work will help identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and recommend security measures to ensure responsible deployment of AI solutions.
What You'll Do
  • Perform red team and penetration testing on AI technologies, simulating real-world attack scenarios using hacking tools and custom exploits.
  • Research, design, and test advanced AI solutions across networks, infrastructure, and applications.
  • Develop proof-of-concept exploits and assess vulnerabilities based on impact and exploitability.
  • Conduct AI-specific security testing to identify, communicate, and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with technology leaders and solution owners to raise awareness and promote secure AI deployment.
  • Prepare and present technical reports detailing attack chains, vulnerabilities, and their potential impact.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Information Security Engineering or equivalent (work experience, consulting, training, military, or education).
  • 2+ years of hands-on cybersecurity research focused on AI technologies.
  • Experience with penetration testing, exploit development, or reverse engineering.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, MCP, Copilot, Gemini, and Agentic Solutions.
  • 3+ years presenting complex technical topics to diverse stakeholder groups.
  • 3+ years writing detailed technical reports on vulnerabilities and attack chains.
  • Familiarity with automation and performance testing tools.

  • Offensive security techniques and red team methodologies.
  • AI security testing and vulnerability analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
