Job Details

This role requires an experienced professional to plan and execute a Security Audit for Oracle HCM, ERP, and PPM Cloud Applications, ensuring robust security measures align with business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct a detailed Security Audit for Oracle HCM, ERP, and PPM Cloud Applications.
  • Identify and evaluate gaps between business security requirements and current implementations.
  • Develop a comprehensive Security Audit Report, including:
    • Executive Summary
    • Findings
    • Recommendations
    • Best Practices
  • Review and assess security implementation, including roles, privileges, service accounts, and password policies.
  • Analyze and rectify issues related to user access, custom roles, and privileges.
  • Review audit logs and recommend improvements for better compliance and security.

Primary Skills

  • Oracle Cloud Expertise:
    • In-depth functional knowledge of Oracle HCM, ERP, and PPM applications.
    • Hands-on experience in implementing and managing security for Oracle Cloud Applications.
  • Security Assessment Proficiency:
    • Capability to design and execute security assessment plans.
    • Strong understanding of service accounts, roles, privileges, password rules, and custom roles.
    • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud data models for HCM, ERP, and PPM applications.
  • Audit and Issue Resolution:
    • Ability to analyze audit logs and address security-related issues effectively.
    • Expertise in rectifying user, role, and privilege-related issues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Cloud Implementation Certification.
  • Experience working in client-facing roles, managing Oracle Cloud Application implementations.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder communication and influencing, bridging technical and business requirements.
