Workday Test Lead/Manager (HCM, Payroll, Financials, Recruiting, Benefits, Time Tracking & Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or similar)

12+ months contract
Partner with Workday implementation teams and system integrators to ensure quality throughout deployment
Coordinate testing across Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Financials, Recruiting, Benefits, Time Tracking, etc.)
Validate business processes and integrations during implementation and configuration changes
Support data migration validation and reconciliation activities
5–8+ years of experience in QA/Test Management
3+ years leading testing for Workday implementations or major Workday programs
Hands-on experience with Workday modules (HCM required; Financials or Payroll strongly preferred)
Proven experience managing UAT and enterprise testing cycles
Experience working with Workday implementation partners/system integrators
Strong understanding of Workday business process frameworks
Experience with test management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or similar)
Workday certification(s)
Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, APIs)
Experience in large-scale enterprise or multi-phase implementations
Knowledge of Agile or hybrid delivery models
ISTQB or equivalent testing certification
