About the RoleOur client, a leading organization in the banking and financial services industry, is seeking an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer to support ongoing development, troubleshooting, and enhancements within their IAM program. This role focuses heavily on Lifecycle Management, workflow customization, and Java/Beanshell development inside the IIQ platform. You'll work as part of a fast-paced Agile team driving a multi-year maturity roadmap.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain SailPoint IIQ workflows, rules, and lifecycle processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the IdentityIQ platform
- Build automation for new privilege entitlement notifications for SOD and PAM teams
- Perform custom development (beyond UI-focused tasks) using Java and Beanshell
- Work with Agile teams to deliver new functionality and enhancements
- Collaborate with IAM and platform teams on a 3-year roadmap initiative
Required Skills- SailPoint IdentityIQ 8.x development experience
- Strong Java and Beanshell programming background
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint APIs
- Expertise with Lifecycle Management (LCM), workflows, and custom rules
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-resolution skills
? Nice-to-Have Skills- Oracle Database experience
- Linux (RedHat) experience
- PowerShell scripting
Work Environment- Work From Home remote
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a W2 basis

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
