Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and customize Salesforce CPQ solutions using APEX, LWC, Visualforce, and Experience Cloud components to support complex pricing, discounting, and quoting rules.
  2. Implement and configure CPQ features, including product bundling, pricing rules, quote templates, approval workflows, and guided selling, leveraging Experience Cloud portals and sites for enhanced customer and partner experiences.
  3. Optimize Salesforce CPQ and Experience Cloud performance, ensuring compliance with Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
  4. Integrate CPQ and Experience Cloud with external systems, such as ERP, billing, and inventory management systems, using REST and SOAP APIs.
  5. Develop and maintain custom APEX classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing for CPQ automation and Experience Cloud customizations.
  6. Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Experience Cloud components to enhance user experience within Salesforce CPQ and Experience Cloud portals.
  7. Collaborate closely with sales, finance, product, and customer success teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions spanning CPQ and Experience Cloud platforms.
  8. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including process flows, design documents, and coding standards for CPQ and Experience Cloud solutions.
  9. Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality CPQ and Experience Cloud functionality.
  10. Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices for Salesforce CPQ and Experience Cloud development.
  11. Stay current with Salesforce releases, CPQ enhancements, and Experience Cloud updates to ensure the organization leverages the latest features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) and Experience Cloud implementations.
  • Proficiency in APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ configuration, pricing rules, discount schedules, product rules, approval workflows, and Experience Cloud site and community setup.
  • Strong knowledge of CPQ API, CPQ pricing engine, Quote Document generation, and Experience Cloud security and sharing models.
  • Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling related to CPQ and Experience Cloud.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce security models, including profiles, roles, sharing rules, permission sets, and Experience Cloud access controls.
  • Experience integrating CPQ and Experience Cloud with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and automation tools across CPQ and Experience Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Experience Cloud best practices, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I and II Certifications.
  • Proven experience with Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud implementations.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and Salesforce DX.
  • Knowledge of Revenue Cloud, Billing, and Subscription Management.
