JOB TITLE: PEGA CERTIFIED DECISIONING CONSULTANT
REMOTE (CST or EST) Salary DOE - $120-150k

What you get to do:
- Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, define and refine customer-centric requirements, Translating business needs into next-best-action artifacts and strategies within Pega Customer Decision Hub platform and Pega 1:1 Operations Manager.
- Planning new offers and messages as next best actions for customers, leveraging next best action to drive performance and meet company goals.
- Document design solutions within the appropriate documents as dictated by the established development processes, controls and procedures.
- Work closely with stakeholders to design solutions involving Omni-channel marketing campaigns and Hyper-personalized customer communications.
- Assists various stakeholders and teams with understanding capabilities of the Pega Customer Decision Hub platform and helping them transition from the traditional marketing campaigns mindset to the always-on, contextually relevant, real-time and omni-channel customer experience strategies.
- Establishes and evolves best practices for the business requirements within the Pega Operation Manager Pega Customer Decision Hub platform.
- Stays current on established Martech and CX Personalization platform features and capabilities.
- Identifies risks to the platform or individual initiatives that they are engaged with and helps develop risk mitigations.
- Experience as a consultant and comprehensive knowledge of 1:1 Engagement platforms, Customer Experience Personalization, and Marketing Campaign
- 5+ years experience in Pega Customer Decision Hub.
- 8+ years experience w/ marketing campaign management solutions.
- Experience in the Finance / Banking Industry.
- Experience delivering solutions within waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Pega Decisioning Consultant Certification v8+
- Pega Data Scientist
- Pega Marketing Consultant
