Job Title: Kafka SME with AWS
Job Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

  • Candidate should have experience in Kafka and AWS along with below skillset.

  • Kafka Setup - Set up Kafka foundational layer with well architected framework

  • AWS MSK Setup - CloudFormation template, Deployment via Gitlab

  • Kafka connects

  • Kafka proxy

  • Schema registry

  • Cruise control

  • KSQL

  • AKHQ setup (GUI tool)

  • This needs to be built and developed on AWS ECS

  • Monitoring - Leverage Prometheus and Grafana to scrape and design monitoring and Observability for MSK. If needed host it on AWS ECS.

  • ECS setup - CloudFormation template, Deployment via Gitlab
