Role: Sigma Computing Report Developer

Location: Remote

Duration : Long term

Job Description:-

• Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance systems.
• Conduct technical architecture reviews and provide guidance on reporting best practices.
• Ensure high code quality through regular code reviews, and continuous development.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and delivery timelines.
• Advocate for and implement best practices in software development, deployment, monitoring, and incident management.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and innovation.

Required Skills & Experience:

Sigma Computing:

• Capturing all the requirements and clarifications from the client.
• Strong understanding of data modelling and querying
• Design and develop reports/dashboards using Sigma computing reporting tools.
• Good to have hands on experience on Snowflake data engineering.
• Must have good hands-on experience on sql.
• Candidate must follow Azile process and sprint schedules
• Good to have health care domain knowledge.
• Good to have work experience on onshore and offshore models
• Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake

Backend Development:

• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational database design
• Strong experience with one or more backend languages: Py spark, Python

Cloud & Infrastructure:

• Familiarity with container orchestration tools
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience as an Senior Report developer (e.g. Sigma Computing , SSRS)
• Track record of delivering complex report development.
• Ability to balance hands-on technical work with strategic leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
