This is a direct-hire role where the selected candidate with work directly on the payroll of our end client from day one. LIS Analyst
Full-Time Permanent Position
Hybrid 3 Days per Week on-site in Philadelphia
Expected Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 annually
Job Description:
- Defines and documents system scope and objectives based on knowledge of the laboratory systems and user needs.
- Develops system specifications, performs system design across a variety of applications, and executes system test plans.
- Anticipates problems, provides solutions to complex problems with the necessary priorities, and presents the solution to the business partners.
- Manages components of medium to large, complex size lab system projects, provides mentoring of system analysts, and provides support of others on lab system projects.
Ideal Experience:
- General Experience with large, complex healthcare implementations and with healthcare clinical systems, including Laboratory systems (SCC SOFT, Sunquest, and Cerner Copath)
- 3 Years experience in a lab
- 5 Years experience in a related role of which 3 are in a healthcare / hospital environment.
- General Experience with a variety of healthcare clinical interface standards (HL7)
