Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level projects, agile, including risk management, status reporting, and team facilitation
- Strong SDLC knowledge, with ability to guide translation of business requirements into technical specifications and oversee deliverables
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving abilities and stakeholder management skills, with experience running team meetings and status updates
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with State of Texas Agencies and public health or healthcare projects
- PMP Certification or equivalent project management credential
